Broken foam, dirt smudges and uneven contour
Just received 10 minutes ago and after opening found that there are lots of holes in the foam and some of them are seen over the cover as well. The overall contour of the pillow is not uniform and there are smudges on the cover as well. Might be an used item. The attached picture might not be showing the holes and smudges properly due to bad lightning. For a premium price, the product is seriously not justified.
