I love the black.
We remodeled our shop and these look great!. They are way cheaper than the hardware store, and just as good quality. They function flawlessly. They are not noisy. So far they have been durable. As long as you have any common sense, they are easy to install.

They work as replacement and are good value
Easy to install, and seem like good quality. The fit is good, but note that if you're replacing old switches, they take up more space in the box. I had no issues, even in multi-gang boxes, but it took some finessing. I much prefer this style to the old small toggle ones.
