Will this also charge non Olympus batteries? I have a third party battery.

Third-party replacement batteries may not be manufactured to the same standards as name-brand batteries, so there's really no way of guaranteeing it will charge properly.

Not sure what you are referring to. It's a standard Olympus charger supplied with a US specification cable. The plug on the nd of the cable will fit a US power outlet in either orientation.

Yes, it should. According to the Olympus web site, the E-PL8 camera uses a BLS-50 battery, and the BCS-5 charger does charge that type of battery. (See the other answered question, "Will this work with a BLS-50 battery?")

Charger is used but in excellent shape. Charged my batteries right away. As described by seller and arrived a week earlier. Time will tell if this unit is reliable since I don't know the age.
