Works well and taste better
One of the better tasting flavours. But it is literally each to their own with taste. Pour in Knock it back get the itch and go train off the energy. For what you pay it does the job you want it to. Too often of taking it you will not feel it as effectively so you need to come off it for a while or you will get used to it. But again everyone. Is different

This is my first time taking pre workout, deffo feel the tingly feeling all over after taking it. I guess it gives some energy boost but wears off in an hour and half. Again this is my first time taking it, so I’m not too sure what to expect

Over the years, I've used a lot I mean, a lot of different preworkout drinks and powders.And I have to say, for the price, this is the greatest one. Good ingredients, pleasant taste, smooth mixing, and each tube contains 40 servings.helping me at the gym and enduring some difficult work shifts.I find that drinking too much coffee makes me angry but not with preworkout.

Refreshers Flavour
Definitely accurate in its flavour but it’s REALLY sweet yet tangy.It almost feels a bit sickly to drink if I’m honest.Personally I prefer more of a stimulant in a preworkout and this doesn’t give me that feeling.Will still continue to use it but wouldn’t buy again

Good pre-workout
I've had a few of the ABE pre-workout flavours and all have been good, this one included. It tastes unmistakably like Refreshers so if you like the taste of them you'll like this. It mixes easily and does the job of getting me moving at 6 in the morning.

Very bad quality and old stock
The product packing was half open, the inside silver cover. The pre workout are block s of stones, as it’s been in the stack for years not at all fresh and dry out.Dnt buy from them again, very bad quality regret
