this was the first time I have had any problems buying from Amazon. I noticed that there have been other people having the same problem and yet you do nothing to rectify it at all. you should look into this and stop them from selling these items, I have wasted good money and my time.

No stars at all. Been using powerpoles for years. They appear not to connect to the ones I have or even each other.

These are great and I will buy them again! I have never used Anderson Powerpole like connectors before so newbies should learn that you must FIRST assemble them in order for them to connect - When these first arrived - I was a little frustrated because they didn’t! I did not use a special crimper and soldered the contact at the wire tip end (this keeps the stranded wire flexible just before the crimp). Works great. A small jewelers screwdriver can be used to disassemble the contacts. A drop of super glue secures the housings together instead of using pins (no pins come with these). A drop of hot glue where the wire enters the housing helps seal and secure the wire / touch up the hot glue with a heat gun to flow the glue into the housing. Be careful not to flow the hot glue into the contact. This makes reusing the housing difficult. These are easy to disconnect/pull apart so you can use some electrical tape or a zip tie to keep them connected.
