These are worth every penny! They are so bright and vibrant, they are beautiful! I bought two of them when they were on sale, I’m just bummed I didn’t get another one! Super easy to install, they have lasted so far since I’ve bought them which I already knew, they’re Govee brand. They come with remote control but also an on/off button on the wire itself which glues to the tv. Fully recommend!

These are the best strip lights I’ve ever had. We have these along the back of our tv. There is an app you can download on your phone that allows you to control the power, brightness, and color/pattern. It even has a timer! This also plugs directly into the tv with a usb port. They work when the tv is off! I would absolutely repurchase if necessary (I’ve had my original first strip for almost two years now!)

This is my third try at light strips for the telly. I went cheap the first time and they didn't stick and only had solid rgb colors, fool me once....then I went pricier with some Monster strips.....not sticky enough at all and the gel type covering made it much less flexible, so probably better for other purposes, but also some of the diodes died within the first few weeks.....fool me twice. I got the GoVee this time and am very happy. They are super sticky, came on a nice reel, plain instructions that were almost not needed as it was so easy to understand the start and end point and what each item was for. It has cable straps that stick on to hold the corner connecting wires from strip to strip, and they work great. The wired remote is a nice touch for on off control right at the unit, but the app has loads and loads of features, and you can add into Google Home for convenient use. My one and only complaint is that feel slightly lacking in brightness for certain colors and sound/effect modes. 90% of the settings and colors are great though. 9/10 recommendation.

Good buy except doesn't use A USB on TV to power unit. Dissatisfied as I read so many reviews claiming this particular unit use your TVs USB to power this device. Plugging into a wall outlet is unacceptable and is a definite deal breaker for me personally. I like Govee Product's typically but this purchase was a let down for sure. Morenforn more for ambient light then being used is a backlight that actually compliments the colors that are being shown on the TV this is more for Ambiance light. This is not like the 150 to $300 high-end lights that have a camera that pay attention to what's going on with the colors on a modern TV. As I say you get what you pay for. I will say compatibility is fine quality control was good installation was easy. Has Vivid Colors and also was really easy to install and control. Compatibility is fine for a TV within 50 inches. Just realize what your getting prior to making your on purchase of this particular item/device. Also it has a good android application for your 📱Smartphone. I do think Govee products in general are Way OVER Priced. And especially compared to Govee's competition. I'd buy a lot more of their products if they were charging Twice the Cost of what their products are actually even worth. If they were 100% designed and made completely in America they could easily justify the cost of the production of Govee products. But the real truth is it's all made with inferior and (gassing plastics) that smell terrible and that are all being being made in China. Govee doesn't think people realize they're paying twice to three times the cost to buy Govee products. Selling for extreme profits when they're made for pennies on the dollar in the well known "sweatshops over in 🇨🇳 China." That's disappointing Govee, truly disappointing that you run your company this way for the companies GREED of 💵 💵 💵 💵. There's plenty of Americans that can build a superior product for Govee and right HERE inside of 🇺🇸 AMERICA. If Govee decided to make a good choice and make all of their PRODUCTS over here in America, instead of made in 🇨🇳 China. People wouldn't mind the current selling price of Goji Govee product's. Govee is raking in RECORD Profits when they only pay (pennies on the dollar) to have a product made in China and then Govee sells that product for three sometimes four times it's Actual "worth." It's insane! That's why I only buy the "Govee Brand" at steep Sales Discounts. Otherwise I don't buy them. Go be like the rest of these companies around the world need to realize the world is in a recession especially America we're not buying luxury or wanted products in 2026. We're only buying the things we need to actually survive like food water utilities roof over your head gas for a car is tripled in price as well. I'd rather see all these companies go out of business than for people to continue to pay twice the three times what the products are ever actually worth that's how you teach these companies a lesson that they definitely need to learn! 💯

Brightness is good, easy to pair to the Govee app, installation is a breeze with the included brackets. The app gives you infinite options of lighting up these LEDs, I am using sound activated themes and I'm very happy with the results. Good quality double sided tape, adheres strong.

This kit is so great, came with everything you need to hang the lights up well, plus a decently long cord. Highly recommend the app as it allows you so many light options. Adhesion was great and these seem much more durable than others i've tried. The color is very vibrant as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend over other ones on amazon.

I purchased these yesterday for only $9.99 during Prime Day, and loved them so mich I had to snag another pair. Be sure to use the alcohol pad, it helps get every bit of dust off the back of your TV that you may have missed when wiping it down. It took about 10 minuyes to stick to the back of my TV. I plugged them in and easily addrd them to my Govee family of strip lights. Im a Hue Lights user, but I cant afford their light strips so tried Govee, and I love them. My TV is from 2005, yes its Plasma and I just updated its look. 10/10 Im buying these Tv lights again. Also the community submissions for these TV lights are really beautiful. Im using #chilling which was submitted by a user. Its a whole vibe! I love it! Easy to control, the lights get very bright, qualityis impressive. I sont ise the remote control on the lights, I use the Govee app!

I was surprised to see too many options on the app!But this product is not the one that is changing based on the screen colors! So be aware! But it is bright and beautiful!
