Outstanding Watch Case
Outstanding product and great affordable price. Great piece to hold your luxury watches. This is my second Dukwin and I specifically sought out Dukwin as it has the best luxury qualities.

Very nice quality. Nice finish to the exterior. The winders will accommodate larger watches with no problem. The flexible pillows are nice and lock into the winder with a snap. Its very quiet. Im very happy with the purchase.

Good looks, but fails at its core function
The watch winder looks good and feels well made. Both the exterior and interior have a nice finish, and it gives a premium impression. However, reliability is a serious issue. After just a few weeks, the mechanism started stopping randomly. The interruptions became more frequent, and after about three months it stopped working completely. At the end of the day, a watch winder that doesn’t reliably keep watches running fails at its primary purpose. In my case, the product simply did not deliver.

Possibly OK.
I'm sending this back. I doesn't work and I mean it doesn't turn on in any capacity. I'll look elsewhere for a reliable product. O stars!!....03/04/2026 amendment: My apologies. While preparing to return item, I decided to attempt plugging unit into a different outlet. It still didn't work immediately, but after toggling switches on the back of unit several times, it began operation. I've moved it back to original placement and outlet and it is currently working. I'm still concerned, but will withhold judgement for now.

Louder than everyone says
Very good box winders are great but everyone says it’s silent they definitely aren’t silent but not too annoying you will notice them at night if you keep it in your room/ near the bed but for the price I can’t think of anything better
