Been incorporating it with my regular workouts. Easy to set up and right measure for my height (6’).

i have had these ropes before and loved them. i gave my old ones to my brother cuz i didn’t have time to workout as much and just bout these. waited a week or two to get these just for the one to be all scratched up and clearly used. so frustrating to see a brand that was really good send used equipment.

This stuff is a great workout. Never jumped before recreationally and now I do 20 minutes a day. Sweat buckets and really burn the arms.
