WMF Loft Designer Cocktail Shaker

This shaker works very well. Two initial reservations were that the top is quite difficult to remove until you get the knack. It is water tight though, so that you are not losing any precious liquid! The second reservation is the fact that as it is made of stainless steel prolonged shaking with lots of ice makes for a very cold pair of hands! Now that I realise that cocktails do not need long shaking and the knack of removing the lid has been achieved through constant use, I thoroughly recommend it. Doesn't leak and the filter top works a treat. Happy cocktail making. Try a Chelsea Hotel. Wonderful!!!

The cocktail shaker is a great design, solid build quality. The only thing that could be improved is by replacing the plastic on the neck with glass, which would make the product far better. Would defiantly recommend.

I've been a fan of WMF products for some time: they are well made and functional. This cocktail shaker is no exception. Some I've tried are flimsy and of questionable manufacture. With WMF you are assured that only high quality materials are used. The various pieces that make up the complete shaker fit together reassuringly so no leaks. Nice design and quality feel. But the lid is now sealed on after the second use and unable to remove by hand!

My son in law delighted over this - in Spain you need to drink a great many cocktails, and luckily, he did not have one - quality was excellent. I look forward to drinking something cool in Spain in the summer!.

I bought one of these as returned it as the lid didn't fit and the rubber seal in the lid just dropped on the floor. Amazon sent me a replacement and again, the lid didn't fit, an issue which will likely get worse as it gets colder. I'm now searching for a different make and model, hopefully with a much better design!

Unlike cheaper products there is literally no opportunity for the lid to get stuck due to the design. Allows for a large drink to be made and looks good too.

We lost the top off our last cocktail shaker so needed a new one. This works just fine! and I can get the lid off easily to wash it.

Wir haben dem Shaker nun schon einige Zeit in Gebrauch und sind absolut zufrieden damit. Er liegt beim Shaken gut in der Hand und die Cocktails werden phantastisch. Der Shaker lässt sich in vier Teile zerlegen (Becher, Sieb, Den Deckel und die Gummidichtung) und gut reinigen: den Becher kann man in die Spülmaschine geben, wir spülen alle Teile jedoch in der Regel mit der Hand. den abnehmbaren Gummiteil des Deckels man eh so reinigen. Auch wenn der Shaker preislich eher zu den teureren gehört, hat sich der Kauf gelohnt.

Sehr schöner Shaker allerdings mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Lässit sich super reinigen Zubehör ist toll zb. Glasaufsatz für Bostonshaker Aber Oberteil zwekratzt sehr schnell Deckel muss beim shaken fest zugedrückt werden da er sonst nicht dicht ist. Für den professionellen Einsatz nicht tauglich Für die heimische Bar allerdings sehr wohl und mit dem passenden Zubehör auch was fürs Auge

Habe mir den Shaker bestellt, nachdem ich mit meinem alten (damals in einem Cocktail-Set enthalten) immer wieder Probleme mit undichten Stellen hatte. Bei diesem WMF-Produkt gibt es diesbezüglich keinerlei Probleme. Der Shaker wirkt hochwertig, gut verarbeitet und liegt einfach gut in der Hand. Dicht ist er übrigens auch- so macht das Shaken Spaß. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann ihn uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Der Shaker kam pünktlich wie versprochen. Er sieht gut aus.Und er ist dicht.Nach dem ersten Gebrauch bekam ich das Sieb nur sehr,sehr schwer ab. Auch mit warmen Wasser wollte es nicht so gut klappen.Nach langen Versuchen, auch mit Hilfe meines Mannes ,klappte es dann.Das ist der einzigste Minuspunkt, den ich dem Shaker gebe.

Ich verstehe nicht warum sich mache über die Qualität aufregen... Sieht schick aus und ist für die private Cocktailparty mehr als ausreichend - Die Oberseaite ist aus Kunststoff, was mich nicht stört, da es eine hochwertige Variante ist. Ich hatte keine Probleme den Shaker zu öffnen, aber ich habe den Deckel ohne Gewalt aufgesteckt... was vollkommen ausreicht um ohne Sauerei zu mixen!
