Mostly Good
The build is pretty good for the price. It took about 30 minutes to assemble the frame and another ~45 to run the cables. Once I wiped some 3-in-1 oil on both posts, everything moved really smoothly. The top bolt holes lined up very well with my power rack's top bolts (Powerline PPR200X). I'm going to drill holes in the rack to align with the bottom bolt holes of the cable station. The cable station seems pretty sturdy just with the top bolted in and the bottom clamped. The weight horns seem weirdly long given the weight capacity, and I don't care for the thin, plastic trolley liners. The stopper ball washers weren't deburred inside so they were scraping the coating off the cables. The washers were really thick so it took a while to cut them off. It was smooth sailing after that.

Vague set up instructions and bad anchors.
The instructions for set up are vague and aren't clear on how to set up the machine and anchor or use the anchors per manufacture recommendation. The handles are hitting the pulleys hard and beating each other up bad. Hopefully I find a good way to anchor this machine appropriately.

You will need to fix it up
This being such a cheap machine is not smooth right out of the box you have to do a little fixing to get it there. The first big issue is the pulleys grinding on the washers which is loud and not smooth and looks really bad after a few minutes all the paint is gone. Adding a big rubber bumper seems to resolve the problem mostly. Second issue is the rear slide post, It has a lot of metal burrs that catch on the slide and not only make it not smooth but also hang up and stop the sliding motion as you're lifting, you'll need to go in with a metal file and file off those edges. Unfortunately this leaves bare metal but painting it will just wear off since they're already rub points anyway. The handles that come with the machine are comfortable and have good grip but they are very noisy in use they make a loud squeaking sound. Overall you're getting a good amount of material for the cost. But you're not getting a fully functional machine so be prepared to put in a few hours worth of work making things smooth.

DO NOT BUY.... what's it worth to you when it doesn't work?? It comes that way!!
This item is JUNK!!! does not operate smoothly due to the way it is made and the materials used (plastic where metal should be used). I just wasted my money on it a few weeks ago and it's so F'ed up to used I gave up & ordered a different better made machine.

Worse building experience ever
This by far has been the Worse building experience ever. It took twelve hours spread out over 3 days to complete, and I have put together many pieces of fitness equipment together over the years, so I’m not a newbie to doing this. Problems: #1 Poor instructions with missing steps (this makes you have to go back and pull it apart to re-build again when you realize it’s wrong). #2 Pre-set holes don’t all line up so you have to drill your own. #3 Their pre-installed parts were put in wrong causing me to have to fix. #4 Missing nuts caused trips to the hardware store. #5 The smell of lead and formaldehyde is strong and may give you headaches (it did to me). #6 After completing it, I found that it is a lot rougher (grinding) than any other cable machine I’ve ever used. Don’t waste your money on this one. It’s garbage.
