Best Phone Ever
I bought this phone 2.5 years ago for $500. I hated spending that much on a phone, when I haven't had one last more than a year in decades. I'm so glad I did. This phone is perfect. The Crease: My biggest concern, and what everyone asks me about first, was how the crease of the flip screen would hold up over time. After 2.5 years, the screen is still in perfect working condition, and I flip it open and closed A LOT. There's no loss of touch sensitivity and no sign of fatigue cracking. There is a very slight noticeable bump at the crease that you can see if you tilt your phone at the right angle when the screen is off, and you can feel it with your finger. I am super sensitive to touch and texture and it doesn't bother me. It's a gentle, smooth, bump, with no sharp features at all. Screen Protectors: The manual says to only use 1 screen protector, my phone came with two on it. Manufacturing error perhaps? After about a month the top protector started cracking at the crease and I peeled it off. The bottom layer is still on my phone and doing great today. Point is, if you see some cracking on your screen, check if it's an extra protector. And don't put more than one on. Battery Life: Still good. If I am not on it constantly, lasts the day no problem. The Flip: This phone basically has a phone stand integrated into it. Just flip it half-open and you can take hand's free selfies, watch videos, join conference calls, whatever. Once, I was at an airport and ended up sitting next to some Samsung salesmen. The one guy was trying to tell me that Samsung flip phones were better because they can stand up half open. He was so surprised that my Motorola did that just fine too lol. Color: I mean, it's probably not the most important thing, but I do adore the pink. Durability: I mentioned above how often I need to replace phones. Part of that is my tendency to drop them on concrete. I've dropped this several times, not always while closed, and it remains fully functional, barely even a scratch. Summary: This phone is fantastic.

Excellent phone at a reasonable price
This is probably the second or third time I have ordered a phone from Amazon and I have had perfect success to this point. I bought a couple of iPhones previously for my kids too. Anyway, shipping and delivery was outstanding, and I paid $500 for it which is reasonable for this phone. I like the fact that Motorola has two models of flip phones, so I had a choice to get the less premium option to keep the cost in check. Now for the phone.. I came from the Motorola edge plus 2023, which is a premium flagship to this phone. I can slightly detect some differences in processing but it's negligible. For $500 this phone is a big win for me. I much prefer the ergonomics of this phone over my old full size models over the past ten years or more, and I don't think I'll ever go back. I always got full screen models too, so being able to have a 6.7" screen that folds in half before disappearing into the pocket is pure magic. The only thing that may be a drawback is battery life. It's obviously not as long as my edge plus, but I adapted to it in a day or two, and it's really not that significant of a difference TBH. If I lost this phone right now I'd buy another one just like it. For sure. And I have rarely ever felt like that about others I've had. This is a good phone, but it glitches at times with odd stuff, like screen size on YouTube and weird stuff like that it apparently has trouble identifying or something. But I haven't had anything that even needed to reset it or something like that. Just know it is one of the acceptable issues. Heck, my edge plus had them too... Just random stuff like that every once in awhile. I think that covers the positives and negatives. I did have a chance to compare it to the premium Motorola razr and the Samsung flip phones, and I settled on the Motorola's easily. The Samsung, while cool and pretty smooth, don't seem as solid and attractive as the Razr's. I opted for the lower tier phone because I didn't think I would benefit from the big outside screen, as I thought I would just open it up anyway, and I was correct. I actually do use the outer screen on this phone though. Usually the timer and the time display. Too early to say for sure, but this seems like the best phone I've had since the LG V10 I had around 10 years ago, when they had a replacement battery option and I got a 10000 mah external battery case from Zero lemon. That was the shizznipplzes I tell you!! Seems like a novel phone in my eyes and has changed my phone handling ways for the better.

Battery issue (edited aug.12 second edit Feb.3)
shuts down even when it's on 24%. Only turns on when it's plugged up. I bought the product twice because i thought it was a one time occurrence and the second one has the same issues. I called Motorola and the only option they gave me was a refund that was the 1st round, 2nd round I just went and decided to go ahead and place another order on the same thing since i like the design and features (also hoping its just a one off experience) i opened the box had it on for a while thinking everything was fine and it powered off at 24%.I'm not sure if it's transit problem or the product itself, but it's insane that it happened twice. Now here I am stressed and without a phone for work. Aug.12:Fixed it. (Thanks YouTube) Decided to try to fix the problem since I had to wait for a postal carrier to pick it up. Seen a couple YouTube vids and save you the trouble of research I had to let it die then charge it multiple rounds till it finally hit 100% and let it drain naturally. You'll have to restart the whole process over if it dies again with no warning. Its a hassle but it works and haven't faced anymore problems after. I would give it 5 stars if I didn't have to go through the effort Feb.3 ish picked it up one night no drops any thing the crease was prominent but wasn't distracting opened it dead pixel closed it opened later top half of the screen messed up doesn't react to touch if you did decide to get the phone get insurance they're giving me a gift card for the full price I paid for the phone at that time but I had fun with the phone looking forward to the upgrade.

Overall, its a great phone for the price and I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.
I've had this phone for 2 years and its basically everything I'd want from a phone of this price. It's fast performing, durable, good audio and screen. The fold functionality works great and doesn't impact the screen. The camera quality is lacking, but not severely and I'm fine with that given the price. The external display is a little bit buggy, often times failing to read gestures or reading them incorrectly, but it works well enough. Motorola's OS also has some room for improvement. Battery life is fine and can be improved by limiting the external display if needed. I decided to try this cheaper Motorola phone after having dealt with overpriced Samsung phones that felt apart and LG phones that suffered from planned obsolescence. Overall, its a great phone for the price and I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

It's fine
After two years, the external screen has stopped working. Now, that's not to say I haven't dropped it a few (many) times, but I have not treated it particularly roughly. My last phone lasted me 3.5 years. I'm kind of tired of replacing a phone that often, and we shouldn't have to. So I'm rating this 3. Solid phone considering the current state of the product crapitude. I did like that the folding helped me not look at my phone ALL THE DAMN TIME, and it wasn't particularly expensive to give me two years.

Almost there.
It's a great phone for someone who wants a flip phone, but work requires you to have a smartphone. It does everything you need it to, is snappy, battery lasts me all day, ETC Very pleased with the user experience. The camera is good in bright light, but struggles in low light. The form factor is fantastic; slips in your pocket and is way easier to run with. If you're a doom scroller, this will seriously help you cut down on screen time since you'll need to open your phone to use it. I have some concerns about the durability. I'm about 6 months into ownership, and I'm starting to see creasing on the screen protector (which you have to use the factory one or void your warranty), but the phone has performed admirably, and I want to see more phones like this one hit the market. One thing i will note: if you work with metal, don't buy this phone. the hinge will get seriously messed up by metal shavings, but if you're an office worker you'll be fine.

Perfect as long as it holds up over time
I've only had my phone for a week and I'm pretty simple as far as phones go so this is the most expensive phone I've ever bought. I normally use 100-130 dollar Walmart phones on my att plan because I break them regularly. Over the last few years I've been severely disappointed as the phones just keep getting bigger and bigger and now they don't even fit in your pocket anymore. Thus how I justified spending 3 times the money on this phone. I've been looking at it for a year but was terrified of the screen folding wouldn't last and the touch screen would be a pain and not function correctly however this phone works fantastic and when folded fits in my pocket great. I'm still concerned about it holding up over time being opened and closed regularly. All I can say is if it will last close to a year and they keep making it (Everytime I like something they quit making it) but if it'll make it 8months I love it enough to just buy a new one every 8 months. If your thinking about trying it and are looking for a smaller phone that fits in your pocket while maintaining all online usage shopping Facebook etc etc this is definitely the answer. I also love that they sell the base model that doesn't have a big screen on the front so it's as simple as it can be for as fancy as it is. ๐คฃ Buy it try it and you'll love it

Just got it. Not a single issue so far!
Saw a lot of mixed reviews but mine came in like it was brand new. No screen issues. It said cricket at the start but took my Sim just fine. So far so good!
