keyhole escutcheon - twin finish polished chrome / satin chrome from e-hardware

I am really impressed with this. They were so cheap I was expecting them to be pretty rubbish, but they actually look really premium in person - far better than they do in the picture. The screw-on top covering the screw holes really gives it a nice finish too. A couple of things worth noting. Whilst the two-tone effect was noticeable when I took it out of the box, it seems to be barely noticeable when it was on my door (probably down to the lighting it happens to be in I expect). This doesn't bother me in the slightest, but if the two-tone effect is important to you then be aware. Another reviewer mentioned that the screws that came with the product were cheap and rubbish. I didn't take any chances and just bought some zinc-plated ones so I can't verify their quality, but I can tell you that they don't really supply you with enough. The product comes with two but there are five holes. You probably could get away with just mounting with two, but I would advise using as many of the mounting points as possible. I used all five so this won't be falling off anytime soon!

Good quality product with nice finish. As a serial Internet purchaser I found the title slightly misleading but that's my own fault for not reading it carefully. A keyhole normally comes in pairs and the word 'twin' in the title led me to believe it does in this instance but by not reading the wording thoroughly has left me a key love short. Fantastic product otherwise

Really nice looking escutcheon. Perfectly compliments the Astrid dual finish chrome handle. A little tricky to fit as the screws are small to hide them inside the casing. Looks nice, does the job.

looks good and about 20% of the cost of ones in the local places. We decided not to use them as they didn't go with the rest of the rooms, but would consider them in the future. Also very easy to install and no screws etc visible when fitted.

A well designed escutcheon that is very easy to fit. The outer ring simply screws off of the inner key-hole cover. The cover is then screwed to the door with 3 supplied screws, and the outer ring refitted. The product is well engineered and provides an excellent professional appearance when fitted.

Good quality item but not really two tone finish....Looks more like all chrome but very nice nonetheless. Goes nice with Milan door handle.
