While expensive, Tempo handkerchiefs are still the best (4-ply!) Less of a chance to wet your fingers when blowing your nose.

Good value for money and soft tissues
Good pocket tissues, compact and the tissues are soft, doesn't feel rough on the skin, and absorbs a good amount. Good value for money as well
