Yummy healthy high protein beans!
These are really wonderful beans. They are chewy, nutty and very tasty, and apparently very high in protein. I am generally a dry - soak- pressure cook gal with beans but apparently these beans are very labor intensive and need daily rinsing for 3 days to get rid of the bitterness. That is why I prefer ordering them already made. Great in soups.

high-protein high-fiber briny goodness!
I was recommended lupini beans to replace my snacking habit of munching salty olives and pickles with something healthier. Enter lupini beans! They are very satisfying and "more-ish", especially for a legume, who knew! Actually, these beans are the perfect healthy replacement for other briny snacks like pickles or olives, or they are the ideal enhancement for a charcuterie board, salad, or on their own. I do wish the price would come down a bit, but I've already ordered more and will probably order again until I can find a more local source. The simple brine is also really great to use in salad dressings or marinades.

Crunchy snack bean
These are an amazing, delicious crunchy snack. The salt water they're packed in flavors the nicely and I have tried several seasonings. These beans have no starch, so they don't get mushy even after fully cooked.

Fresh and high quality
I read a few reviews and as far as the packaging my jar had about 7 rounds of bubbles wrap so no issues there. The product and brine itโs in is 100% Top Notch taste and Texture are exactly what I remembered when I bought them from the carts on the corner, they came in a baggy. Itโs a great value for the price, if you like Lupini I hope you try this brand.
