Everyday low prices and free delivery on eligible orders. Review: Great study Bible! - I bought the Dake Annotated Reference Bible-KJV-Large Print with Jesus words in red. Well the bad things first: It's huge! It's heavy, it smells very much of leather (but you kind of get used to it) the pages are very thin, so I have wrinkled two pages, when I have looked through the Bible (you have to be very careful looking through this book - it's almost 2.500 ultra-thin pages!) It's so huge and full of information that it is sometimes exhausting to study so I sometime feel I have to read far less advanced Bibles (like the New Believers Bible!) Now the good stuff: You really feel you have a good study Bible. I have looked at other study Bibles but feel real satisfied with the Dake. It's easy to read along the chapters and connect the information Dake presents - aaaaaaalot of information. Not only does he have explanation of Hebrew and Greek words, background information of historic and cultural data, idioms and verse-reference, Dake also collect all data in the Bible and give you big charts over miracles, promises, commandments, names and much much much much more. I can find myself reading the Dake Bible for more then 20 minutes just studying a few verses! Now a good thing that some may think is a bad thing: Dake has some really interesting ideas - all of his ideas are interesting and powerful. I like his ideas but other people I have read about don't like them! What can I say! The entire Dake Bible constantly preaches his ideas and you cannot run from it. I like the idea that God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are three separate unique beings with a own body, soul and spirit. There is evidence of this in the Bible but it has been witnessed! The book "Heaven is for real" (by Todd Burpo) talks about the Father, Son and Holy Spirit being three different person of one God and still exist at three different locations in heaven. God is kind of huge to grasp and Dake tries to describe, I belive truthfully, what he have observed in the Bible. Dake also claims that in Genesis chapter 1, between verses 1 and 2 there was another world that was destroyed. Perhaps this is true! Would God really create a world that was "without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep"?? The Bible say that there is no darkness in God and therefor God cannot create the darkness.... And there are a lot of these ideas but Dake is always anxious to explain what he bases his ideas on. Another great thing with Dake is that he has an enormous index in the end helping you find all things you are looking for. For example I was looking for the Holy Trinity. And Dake had a lot of information on this, clearly explaining why there is a Holy Trinity. Dake always ends a book with information about the content and charts and much more. You can find tons of easy-to-read information here. He for example commented the creation of the world in Genesis by showing why the evolutionists are wrong and why the creationists are right. Weary interesting! You find aaaaaaalot of information here and you can always check the Bible yourself if you question Dakes ideas because he liiiikes giving references - you will drown in references! Almost last but not least: In the beginning I loved this Bible, then I come to dislike it when Dake did not think like me, then I come to love it again because I understood that Dake really knows what he is talking about. Don't let your ego stop you from reading this Bible. Last but not least: Some have said how there Dake Bible was badly printed and so on. The version I got was digitally printed with clear strong ink. There are absolutely no problems reading it. No pages was wrinkled when I got it and no ink had smudged out on the pages. The text is large and easy to read - I can read it without my glasses! Review: Wonderful Study Bible! - This Bible is great if you're like me, who likes to get to the root of things/enjoys reading in-depth context into the scriptures. It is large and heavy, so be ready for that. It would also be worth buying a lovely case/carrier for it to protect the leather

Great Bible
This Bible is amazing, well packaged and delivered on time. I ordered for this yesterday and got delivered today. I actually made an attempt to cancel the order as I made a mistake of purchasing the KJV instead of NKJV. After failed cancelation, I researched the difference and realize it exactly what I wanted as I love poetic wordings like thee, thy, thine. I haven't read it, but I'm sure I will enjoy it. Thanks.

This is the Bible i had always desired to have because i saw this Bible from my pastor which he bought in the 80s, when i saw it i fell in love with it, am very happy as i received the Bible today. It's a Well explained Bible, The only thing that made me worried was that the seller didn't put a tracking code to check when it was in deleyed. I would like to consider for the seller to put a tracking even though the buyer would have to Pay for it, thanks.

This is, bar none, the best study Bible, I've ever encountered. Used the world over, by ministries where you really see God's presence, grace, power, and glory in action. If you want to be on fire for the Lord, and grow ever-increasingly closer to Him, this is a wonderful Bible to learn from! This Bible is a pure joy to read, more than any other study Bible I've used. Make sure to have a few bookmarks and a note pad handy. You will find yourself blissfully digging, and digging, (and making notes), and digging some more. It's a gold mine of information, interesting facts, linked data, history, etc. It is truly FUN to read and study. Even if you're of a non-Charismatic belief system, the big majority of the notes and commentaries would still apply to you! All "hot" denominations, whether Baptist, Assemblies of God, Full Gospel, etc. will be blessed, encouraged, educated and edified by this Bible. I purchased the large text, large notes, genuine leather Bible. It is just beautiful and will be used and cherished for many years to come. This version, (ISBN-13: 978-1558291225 / ISBN-10: 1558291229) is huge. All the text is easy to read. I bought 2 extra Dake Bibles for Christmas presents this year. I just wish Dake or someone else, would make a semi-stiff leather case, or well made high denier nylon one, which would fit this Bible. I've only been able to find cheap looking vinyl ones, which will no doubt wear out quickly. This very large version is not the one you take to church, this is mostly for study. Get a smaller sized Dake for toting around. P.S. If you're a person who attends a "dull" church, and/or you feel unfulfilled, unsatisfied, unsaved, lost, confused, and a 100 miles from God - reading this Bible and it's wonderful commentary and study notes, would be a big help. Don't let the fact it's a King James scare you. Any words or expressions, which may be hard at first, are lovingly explained. You will be guided from subject to subject, and reading to reading. Just ask God to help you understand, and He will. If you've never really read a Bible, look in the back in the "concordance" (a list of words in the Bible and where they're located) and pick a word or topic, and go exploring! You may be seeking God, and not know how to find Him. You may not even know Him yet, but HE knows YOU. Did you know that even the hairs on your head are numbered?! (Matthew 10:30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.) Seek Him and you shall find Him. You need to be saved, by trusting in His Son, Jesus Christ. You can learn about this in the Bible, and from many good websites. I pray you will be blessed! Glory to God in the Highest!
