Early review. Let me start by saying that sweating does NOT make loose fat. Sweating is your body cooling down, and it's very good to open your skin pores. Burning fat makes you loose fat. Basically burn more calories than you consume throughout the day. As for the vest, it's a really good tight fit. Quality seems good and comfort also good. I bought this to help with posture. Squizing the belly in, makes your chest lift. Is it bad for the organs? Not really, it's a simple adjustment that gravity messed up.

Purchased this Sauna Vest a couple of months ago now. Have used it during light workouts and brisk walks to increase perspiration. Indeed this does work and I return home a dripping, sweaty mess. Does the job intended, and surprisingly comfortable to wear. I wash in luke warm, lightly soapy water, then dry on an airer. Keeps shape well.

I wear to the gym under my top. It's not until you take it off you see the excess sweat it produces. Certainly helped with getting rid of the extra few inches. It did take some time though, it's not an instant fix.

I read a lot of the reviews before ordering this and went for 2XL when I am normally size L. I am now sending them (bought 2) back for a refund and have ordered size L which I should have done. I am 5ft 11inch and well built. I’ve used a few of these kind of things before and they have worked to a certain degree. They are not a silver bullet and if you want to loose weight then you need a calorie deficit diet. Remember to drink plenty fluid and get your proteins. A point to note; the Velcro does not go around as far as it shows in the photos.

Amazing results good starching, nice comfort fit, durability, double time of sweating range and functionality.

Strong but very small in size guide so need to be very specific with sizes other than that very durable and thick great for a sweat

The one I ordered was a bit to large, but still useful to have on in almost every situation that is possible. Flexible with the two belts, holds it grip without slipping. After a longer time period and use, you almost doesn't feel that you are wearing the Vest. Good fit.

Not sure when they decided to re-design this but, but be warned - it is super flimsy and feels like it could break with overuse. The older versions were sturdy and thick. I've purchased a couple times. Likely won't buy again. Very disappointed.

Ich bin dick und rund und 6 XL sitzt gut stramm am Körper. Das soll sie ja auch. Am besten nach dem Auspacken lüften sie riecht extrem nach Chemie. Die beiden Gürtel haben sehr starkes klett das ist schon mal gut. Mit viel Kraftaufwand habe ich denn den Reißverschluss zu bekommen. Ja ich habe meine Wampe glatt da rein bekommen und bekomme sogar noch Luft. Werde diese Bewertung evtl noch erweitern oder ändern je nach dem was sie in den nächsten Tagen so mit mir anstellt
