Great quality!
Was a gift to my mother and she absolutely loves them. Evenly cooks all of her food. Weight is heavy meaning the product is durable. No stick as described! The small skillet is perfect for an egg.

Do not use soap it will dry out your pan
1. Before you cook in ur pan you have to put it on the stove . Let it heat up . 2. Put salt in a oil of your choice, I would prefer grapeseed oil or avocado oil take a Brillo pad and scrub the salt in oil into the pan until u donโt see any black debreed in the pan . 3. Rinse with warm water take a paper towel in dry it completely do not leave any water in it. Coat it again with oil then put in oven for a hr. Trust the process. Take out then cool . Then put away. You do not have to repeat process after that. Cook then rinse right after you cook with salt in Brillo pad. Then oil down thatโs it.

Happy with pans care instructions
Following cleaning care instructions works. Seasoning instructions for pans works. After one month of following care instructions, pans look brand new still. Eggs, from iron pans, taste really good. We store pans low due to heavy weight. Heats well. Would buy again.

Sticky surface not feeling the pre-seasoning
These are the stickiest China made stainless steel pans Iโve ever used. They are supposedly pre-seasoned. Do NOT cook eggs in these it will never come off even if using additional oils like tallow the eggs will join the metal.
