This is my first potato ricer and is easy to use, very sturdy, and has three interchangeable discs for different sizes. I was impressed how strong and nicely made this ricer is. I have made potatoes twice using this and was also surprised at how large it is. I was able to put a lot of potatoes through the ricer at a time. The pieces come apart and are easily cleaned. I recommend this.

Nice, but should have gone with the plate attached option. It holds quite a bit of food, I love that about it. Made Spaetzle with it and noticed the disk came out with the dough. Like I said should have gone with the attached option. But was well worth the money spend!

Very good quality, esp. for the price. There are multiple disks, but I have only used one -- perfect, lump-free mashed potatoes.

I have wanted one of these for years and i finally got one. this is an awesome tool for the kitchen. Its pretty compact and all metal. Seems to really be pretty heavy duty. It makes mashed potatoes flawlessly
