This kettle works very well and looks nice on the counter. Water heats up quickly and I appreciate the keep warm function. Its pretty quiet and the led buttons work well and light up nicely. Pouts out nicely, lids stays closed during pouring. You can open it fully when filling with water. I like that the interior is all glass. No concerns about color changing as with the metals. Over all its a great kettle, I hope I have it for a long time.

I really like this kettle. It’s the same size as my last one, but somehow fits on my counter better. It’s super quiet and beeps when it hits temperature. My husband was really happy with how warm the water stays after it hit temperature too. It’s nice to come back to top off my tea cup 20 minutes later and it’s still nice and warm. It turns itself off when it hits temperature so I don’t have unplug it or worry about it boiling over. It’s also really lightweight for how sturdy it is. I use it daily mostly as the lower temps, and it is holding up great. I like having the lower temp options so I can drink my tea immediately instead of waiting 30 minutes so I don’t burn my mouth. I like the insulated bottom and sides so I also don’t have to worry about small hands touching the side and burning themselves like my old fully glass kettle. I hope the touch screen side holds up because I really like the sleek look when it’s turned off and how fast they light up with a quick touch of the power button.

I love this electric tea kettle!! It looks classy, heats water quickly, and you can choose a precise temperature you like your water heated for tea. I drink herbal teas to help with sleep, and this kettle has been super convenient to whip up a cup of chamomile in the evening. No leaks! Great quality! I highly recommend it!

I bought this for my studio where I see clients / students, to make it easy to make them tea. I previously has a Keurig, but since 99.9% of the time I was just using it to make hot water, and it took up a lot of space, I gave it away in favor of this more compact and convenient tool.I really love it. It has very simple operation. Fill it, turn the on switch, and it turns off as soon as the water boils, which only takes a couple of minutes even starting with refrigerator temperature water.Since it is an independent teapot, I can carry it out to just top off peoples tea cups as well. And then I can put it back on the stand and re-warm if it starts cooling down too much.The only negative is that the cord is very heavy, even heavier than the heating base. And it is hard to get it to stay in a place that does not take up too much room. I would prefer a shorter cord, made of a more flexible material. But perhaps the more flexible cords could not serve the heating feature of this teapot.I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this as 'used - like new' and the experience was pretty decent. I got it for about 6 bucks less than the cost for a brand new one. I also had to wait a few extra days for it to ship. It came in an Amazon shipping box with the kettle box inside of it. Kettle box was not sealed and a little beat up. The kettle itself was surrounded in foam and did not have any damages on it. It looked pretty good. The user manual (which I could tell had been in the hands of a previous user) was included in the box.I like the general look of it. The handle is thick and comfortable to hold. The lid pops open easily with the press of a button on the handle. It opens to about a 45° angle. I do kind of wished it opened wider which is better when filling it...but this is not a super big deal.The large touchscreen display panel on the kettle (which you won't even know its there until you put the kettle on the plugged in cradle) gives it a real modern tech look. It provides multiple presets and you can also set the temp manually. A nice, large display where you can always see exactly what temperature the kettle is currently at.It's very quiet… I set it to boil to 212°F and I didn't hear a sound out of it until it got to about 140°F. Even then the sound of it starting to boil, was not too loud.The 'keep warm' feature was a big must have for me....you get 2 hours. Just like it says, this feature will have the kettle start to reboil once the water temp gets about 9° lower than the set temp. It repeatedly does this for two hours unless you turn the setting off. You will have to turn this feature on for each time you want to use it.The plastic casing around the glass jug does not get as hot as the glass itself. However, it does get pretty warm to the touch when water is boiled.The boil dry protection was another big must for me. So it auto-shuts off if too low or no water.The base has a groove at the bottom where you can store some of the cord which helps make things look a little neaterNo real complaints about this at all. It's gonna work out well… I like it a lot!

This is the greatest littlr thing ever and it’s changed our traveling lives so much for the better!! It works perfectly and we love that we can use it in Europe when needed too!

This kettle is the most fun ! It is neat and clean and so very efficient. I love the blue lights showing how quickly the water is boiling and it does heat up extremely quick. The self turn off when boiled is a great feature because it doesn't boil the water away causing a potential danger. the size is roughly 3 cups which is perfect for my needs. I would recommend this little unit to everyone

Excelente chaleira, com 1, 5 min. 250 ml de água já entra em ebulição. Desliga automaticamente. Aqui no Brasil a tomada é diferente. Basta um eletricista trocar. Troquei e ficou tudo bem. Lembrando que ela é 110 volts.
