A bit awkward to put on, but quite snug when you finally learn how; useful for reducing excess strain on biceps/triceps during workout. I waited until my late 40s to lose a huge amount of weight and try to build muscle, so I have a lifetime of "self-abuse" and nature working against me. This helps "fight back" some.

I bought this for bicep tendon support during curls and pulling movements—works exactly as needed. It compresses the upper arm just right without cutting off circulation or sliding around mid-set. I’ve had nagging bicep tendon pain, and this band noticeably reduced discomfort and helped me train through it. Great for tendonitis, overuse, or added stability during heavy sessions. Comfortable, durable, and easy to adjust.

When I suffered a tear in my upper bicep muscle I knew right away it wasn't a small one by the indented look of it at the location of the cramping pain. I quickly wrapped the lower section of the bicep with the only thing I could find which was a gauze wrap to allow the muscle to be held upwards to keep the tissue together. I ordered the Featol because it had independent lower and upper tension control which I imagined would be better. I ordered it within hours of my mishap (lifting my motorcycle) and got it the next day which was nice. It worked perfectly in my particular case because it allowed for a snugger lower bicep wrap to keep the muscle up so it could knit better, while at the same time allowed to keep it much less snug at the top which was needed because of swelling in the injury area. It was comfortable and I was able to sleep with it on. Over the next few days I gradually snugged up the top more as the reduced swelling allowed. The bruising from the tear showed up on day three. I probably got lucky on this one but the Featol worked great and I give it full credit. Designed well. I'll be wearing it it for awhile when I need to do any lifting.

Seems to help. Easy to use.

Works good but runs small and short, bummer. Could some improvement but gets the job done. Don't plan on extended sessions.
