PowerGpt Charger for NIU Device

Works great with my KQi2 scooter after the original died and lord and behold this popped up first in my search. No issues so far but I would surely trust this charger than the original. Good value for your wallet.

This company went far and above my expectations. I bought this product and I had a problem with it and this company knew I had a problem and wanted to make things right . I ordered this product and it broke soon after and this company took their time to reach out to me personally apologizing immensely and the second thing they said after apologizing as they wanted to send me a brand new one didn’t go through Amazon They didn’t want their Product mailed back with no questions asked they sent me a new one. Without going to Amazon, they went right to my message box and messaged me personally that takes a lot that just shows that they put their customers first! Blown away by their professional Business ethics and their personable actions! they didn’t have to do that They could’ve just ignored me like a lot of other companies do to their customers who ask a million questions bf they even consider letting you return their item. NOT this company , but they messaged me right away. That’s kind of business you want to buy from they want to make sure their customers are satisfied I would order from this company again and again. Does exactly what it says it would do. Smaller than the charger that Niu provides. Great for taking with you to charge at your destination for longer rides.

Unfortunately I’ve got no other choice since the official niu charger is out of stock. However, do be warned that this charger will overcharge the battery giving an error 40.

charger is a lot smaller than niu oem charger that might not be an issue but it is also lighter and plastic is not sturdy it gets soft cause charger gets hot, i will keep it as backup but i will try to repair my oem cause it seems to be pretty unsafe to leave it there. dont let the charger overnight or unattended it will overcharge as voltage output is not as specified
