Air Conditioning Window Unit Replacement White Premium Foam Weather Seal

I love this foam. It is just the right amount of softness to make it go where I want. The width is perfect. I thought I might not like that it did not have adhesive on one side. But it I really like it better without. I use it between the window and the portable window air conditioner. The way the litle insert fits, it has pieces that slide so you have exactly the right width. The main piece is thinner than the rest of it. So after I cut the piece to go at bottom of the window, I cut a piece to go on the thin side of the piece that holds the hose which makes it about the same width as the other side. Then when I lay the piece on top, I dont have to worry about air leakage from the other side. It is sitting on a solid width all the way across.Just a tip I cut the very ends so that when they are at the edge of the window I have a little tab in the middle, I cut it by cutting out two little squares on each side of the tab. That way the short part stops at the side of the window and the little "tab" goes into the space on the window. Every way to stop air leaks and insects makes a difference.

Nice product to use with window A/C install. These fit much better than the foam that comes with the A/C. Look better too if you have white windows. Thicker too help insulate better.

I just cut the length I needed to fill a gap between my window and air conditioner. Dimensions are just as advertised.
