I’m a side sleeper who’s slept with a various regular shaped pillows between my knees for years, but lately I’d been waking up in pain too often. I have a great Tempurpedic mattress but I had days where I could barely get out of bed & I’m not even 40 years old yet. I’m 6’2 and a little under 200 lbs so I decided to try the large size of this pillow and I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how much it’s helped. I haven’t had one bad night’s sleep since getting this thing and I’m waking up feeling better than I had in quite some time. It’s memory foam and it’s somewhat firm, but if it was softer, it wouldn’t give the support I was looking for. My lower back & hips are now in line with my upper back & shoulders as I sleep and my body is thanking me for it. I definitely recommend this for side sleepers with lower back and/or hip issues- especially for the relatively low price.

I needed a small but stable pillow to place between my knees to help keep my spine aligned (to alleviate painful lower back pressure) for more comfortable sleeping. I had been using a regular sized sleeping pillow - folded in half - but it was too big and bulky and didn't stay in the right place to keep me comfortable all night long. This pillow is small, has just the right softness and firmness, is contoured well for my legs, and has been helpful since the first night that I used it! I am 5'11" tall, and weigh 183 lbs, and the pillow does not compress 'flat' under the weight of my legs. I don't know what the weight rating is for this pillow, so, I'm mentioning this so that the reader has some frame of reference as to whether it might be helpful to him/her. I also use this pillow as a neck and lower back support for certain stretches and exercises and have found it to be very beneficial for those purposes, as well. I don't know if this pillow would provide adequate support for me if I were 30-40 pounds heavier than I am now (because my weight may compress the pillow too much to benefit from using it), but, I am very pleased with the results that I'm getting, allowing me to comfortably sleep through the night! Without this pillow I would have to resort to sleep aids or have to deal with readjusting my other pillow throughout the night. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

This pillow was very nice and good quality. I found it comfortable for sleeping, easy to keep in place when rolling over, and it was not hot. I got a lot of relief from it, and had expected to keep it. The problem I had happened after a few nights of use, where the edges of the pillow were pressing on the same points on my leg from the pressure of my top leg. I stared to get sore in these spots and have a crampy feeling. I liked this pillow in every other way, but the I just could not tolerate hours of contact in that same area.

I place this pillow between my knees. I just wore out my first knee pillow cover. Usage of this knee pillow helps with the soreness from arthritis in my knees. Plus, it helps to keep my sleep position better alined. I have been using this knee pillow years & must have when I sleep.

This item is comfortable. However, this product could offer a more firm support. Even on the bulkier side, it squished down too much and I do not feel enough support on my neck. The knee pillow is good and offers th right amount of cushion. However, it could be longer to give more support to the lower leg.

Pillow works well! It’s small enough that it doesn’t feel bulky and uncomfortable. I’m able to turn and shift positions without the pillow moving out of place.

False advertising! I ordered a large and paid for a large. It is smaller. Large is 11x8.5x6.5 per their description. This one I received is 10x8x6. I've tried this every night for a week and after less than 5 minutes every night I had to remove it because it's making my lower back and knee hurt. I was wondering why, so I measured it. Maybe if it were the correct size it would help, but it's not. Because of this it's going to cost me gas and time and probably printing ink and paper to return it. The nearest place is 25-30 minutes away. Measure EVERYTHING you get

If you need a knee pillow this is a good choice

The pillow is much too wide and my legs are uncomfortably separated. I am 5’2” and a side sleeper with sciatica that seems to be in remission at the moment. I tried to give the pillow to my partner who is 6’2” and who always sleeps with a regular pillow between the legs, but they did not care for it either. I wanted to love this product, but sadly it was a waste of money for me.

I purchased this pillow for my husband who has back pain. We have tried other knee pillows; however, they are not adequate for his size. He is 6'3" and a muscular build. With previous pillows, the foam would collapse, making the pillow ineffective. Although more expensive than other pillows, this pillow is very high quality and the foam does not collapse. It has helped a great deal with my husbands back pain.
