I love these!
After years of owning these Im writing this review. These are the best Ive ever had. The sound quality is amazing (and Im a sound snob!) and the battery life is great. Ive only had 2 pairs in around a decade as theyre great. Even the pair ive purchased hear was left outside in sub zero temperatures after losing them, i stepped on them the next day and found them and they still worked! These are such an awesome price and quality and would 100% recommend!

Not new also faulty
It looks like the item was not new, the packaging was ripped and the item didn’t actually work. Endless charging but won’t power on. This is the second item sent out as the first item was faulty also.

Uncomfortable and battery life isn't great
Unfortunately the control on the wire of the right ear is really heavy. I'm constantly having to readjust to stop it from falling out. The left ear is fine and I've never had this with other earphones that have control settings on the wire, so I don't think it's just me having odd ears... Also, as others have said, the battery life is short, and once the "low battery, please charge" warning comes, you have to charge instantly, as it lasts about another 5 minutes and the warning sounds every few seconds. Not much good if you're already out and don't have a charger to hand. An hr or so of warning and then uninterrupted playback would be much preferable.

The product arrived on time but came back broken it wouldn't switch on even after charging.
