Affordable bread flour
I love this flour! I bake bread weekly and this has been a game changer. The bread turns out fluffy and soft, the dough proofs nicely. It is so much more affordable than the usual brands you can get from the store and the performance is just as good. I have bought this a few times now and my only complaint would be only on the last order which was not packaged very well but that did not alter the flour at all.

Great Bread Flour
Comparable to king Arthur. Works well. I LOVE this bread flour. I've made like at least 30+ loaves, rolls, pizzas, etc with it. All comes out the same as it would using the top dollar stuff.

Good... but...
I received my order of this bread flour. I've ordered it a few times. The flour itself is good, but the bag it comes in is terrible. Almost every time I order flour from Amazon it comes damaged & flour all over the other items in the same box... it's so annoying.

Only flour I will use now!
After doing sourdough for 2 years and strictly using King Arthur brand flour, I decided to give the Amazon brand a go due to how affordable it is and it did NOT disappoint!! After a few loafs now, this is my new go-to flour! I very highly recommend!!!!

Bake away.
I found this flour to be just as good as name brands. I did feel it to be great value for the price and my baking didn't taste any different. I found the flour to be lighter in color, but no affect on stability for cooking. Ingredients was of no detergent for purchase, no added filler. Sometimes paying less for a different brand is a good thing. Im happy with my purchase.
