I have been using this for a year now and it's superb at T Row exercises. We hook it to our 5 feet Olympic bar at our home gym.

Been looking for something of high quality and well-made to use w/ a barbell to do closed grip rows. This sinches onto the bar easily and strongly and does exactly what I wanted it to! Lightweight and easy to use.

Stay put and does not slide! Excellent quality. Very easy to tote around. As a personal trainer, I would recommend the quality of this handle.
