This is a wonderful honey. Please see photos It is very dark and rich, with a most pleasant distinctive smell. We have never known the Black Forest Honeydew Honey to crystallise in the jar, it has always remained as liquid at the end as it was at at the start. With it having such a thick texture it is lovely to just eat from a spoon, being aware that many nutrients in honey can be destroyed at higher temperatures. It does spread easily, my wife preferring it spread over her toast. It is not overly sweet. Pure, unheated and not processed, everything you would want from a honey at a very good price. Very much recommended, most enjoyable.

This honey is like nectar of the Gods. Just try it.

I started off with this as my least favorite. It was like an overripe Honeydew Melon. It is in the name. On it's own it was too sweet for me. However, to get rid of it I put it into tea and coffee and it went really well. In fact I finished it first of my set of honeys that way and was sorry to finish it. So nice overall, but needs to go into something.

This is a lovely sweet fine honey. It's ready to eat on toast and actually beautifully clear and dark. Will buy again.

Lo acquisto spesso. Questo miele di bosco ha un gusto intenso, ottimo e non e' troppo dolce. Qualità eccellente e il formato da 900 g dura piuttosto a lungo ed è convenientissimo. Consigliato!

Il ne se cristallise pas, il reste bien liquide, et il a un goût spécial qui ne plaira qu’à certaines personnes. Je l'utilise dans les préparations chaudes comme les tisanes et le thé, il sucre très bien, et ce goût boisé ressort plus. C’est un miel pur et de très hautes qualités. Je recommande fortement.
