Could these bags with slider zip be considered pest proof? I want to use for dry food in cupboards.

Define pest proof? Any animal I know has teeth and could chew through plastic! Mice, rats, cats, dogs etc. can chew through plastic and the zip slider has no impact on it. 🤔
