Works a charm.
Ordered this to take 24v PWM to 0-10v to drive my brushless spindle. Works a treat. Better instructions can be googled.

Could not achieve full output span
we could not achieve the full 0-10V output for some reason, lowest output we could achieve was 1V

Works better at low frequencies.
I bought this to interface a CNC controller to a VFD. The CNC controller board outputs PWM, but the VFD accepts 0-10V for RPM control. This board converts the high duty level of the PWM signal into a voltage from 0-10V, so a signal 25% high for the cycle should be 2.5V. The accuracy of this device is a bit questionable at the specified frequency of 1-3Khz, being something like 10% high (it gets worse the higher the frequency). And if you use the trim pot to make the reading accurate at any point it will drift over the range. HOWEVER the accuracy at lower frequencies is pretty good, at 100Hz it's something like 1% accurate, which is just fine. I have had to trim it slightly to get this accuracy which has ended up with the top end being slightly low and the low end being slightly high. But within a few hundred rpm over the range in general, so I'm happy with it! So, 4*, it doesn't perform very well at the advertised frequency range, however it's acceptable at lower as long as you can configure your PWM output this way.

Dimensions are wrong
I haven't tried it yet, so I can't say if it works. But I can say that the dimensions given are wrong, it is actually 4.5cm wide, not 5, and about 3.35mm deep, not 4.5cm. Like I say, not a big deal, but the mounting bracket I 3D printed has to go in the scrap bin.

Difficulty in setting up
I have been unable to achieve a maximum controlling output of 10v (8.87) with a 12v supply.

Accuracy
It's kind of okay but it lacks accuracy. I was aiming for 0-10v out and finally settled to set the middle right, so when it accurately outputs 5 volt in the middle of the range, it will output over 1v to over 4v where it should output exactly 1v or 4v, and then above the middle it outputs less than 6 to finally 9.7v where it should be 10v. There is no way to make it more accurate no matter how much time you spend to fine tune this

Funktioniert, für Estlcam, Arduino Mega und Chinaspindel eine kurze Anleitung
Guter PWM - Wandler, die Anschlussmöglichkeiten sind zwar nicht dokumentiert, hier muss man das eine Bild aus der Vorschau bei Amazon zu Rate ziehen. Wer eine CNC Kombination Arduino / Estlcam / Chinaspindel bzw. deren Konverter hat: Den PWM Ausgang 9 und GND vom Mega auf die beiden linken Positionen, die 12V Stromversorgung auf die beiden mittleren, dann die beiden rechten Ausgänge (jetzt also zwischen wenigen und 10V) auf den 10V in und GND Eingang des Konverterts. Im Menü des Konverters noch als Frequenzquelle "from 10V signal" einstellen (den Menüpunkt 3 auf den Wert "4" stellen), ggfs noch das Potentiometer auf dem Bord so anpassen, dass der Stromverlauf der Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit der Spindel in Estlcam entspricht.

the item description can be improved. they lack any wiring diagram which may puzzle many people. I am using it to control a brushless spindle (0-10v) with PWM from Arduino and it works fine
