Love this individually packaged biscuit mix for one batch; not available at my local grocery stores anymore. Taste good; easy prep and cleanup.

So easy to prepare and bake. These biscuits are so delicious; I have to say that I used milk rather than water.

Bisquick is always a good quality product. I like the individual packages as there are only my husband and I in the household. Makes about six biscuits just right. Excellent price.

I love convenience of a pkg that will make 6 or 7 great tasting biscuits. We mix 1 bag/content with bacon bits and then add water or milk & second one with abt teaspoon is sugar and lots of dried cranberries! No one making these 6 packages anymore. Lucky to find this “close out”!

Do not follow the directions on the package or you will have pancakes instead of biscuits. I use milk instead of water and to obtain the correct consistency for moist, delicious biscuits is not an easy taak. Buy several packages and practice with the mix until you find a combination that is suitable for your taste. It would be a stretch to say this is an easy and delicious mix.

Perfect every time! So for me, I start by pre-heating the oven to 450 [convection]. I add a spoonful of turbinado sugar with the dry mix ingredients in a bowl and mix with paddle. Then I measure water to about 1/8" below the 1/2 cup mark and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the water before adding it to the biscuit mix in the bowl. I then roll the dough on top of flower on my counter to about 5/8" - 1/2" and cut with a 2 1/4" cookie cutter [ I NEVER do the "drop biscuit" method]. I also keep a small shaker of flour handy to sprinkle over the dough to prevent sticking. By the time I am cutting the last biscuit, my oven hits 450 F. In they go for 9 minutes. Makes 6 perfect biscuits. EVERYTIME! Here's a couple of hints: Don't use more than 2 teaspoons of vanilla - it will become too sticky. Same goes for the sugar - don't overdo it. Good luck! PS. I live about 50' above sea level, so if you live at elevation make adjustments as necessary.

I love to bake, and I typically make my breads and biscuits from scratch, but there are those times when you just want a biscuit and sausage gravy or even just a biscuit with some butter. Or maybe you are crunched for time and don't want to mess with it. Whatever the case, having these on hand is a life-saver. They couldn't be easier to make: dump the packet into a bowl, add half a cup of water, mush it around until it doughs up, drop it on a cookie sheet, and shove it in the oven. Within 15 minutes (including mixing the dough and preheating the oven), you have hot, fresh, delicious biscuits. I typically make these when I have a craving for biscuits and gravy (peppery sausage gravy, so yum!), but you can do anything with this base, just look around for recipes and ideas (you can even turn this into a donut dough with a bit of sugar and a quick fry!). I love having it on hand and have used it to make a chicken pot pie topping (drop biscuits on top are so much easier than forming it into a crust, but you could do that, too, if you wanted) and to even make fruit tarts (needs sugar, but works great in a pinch). This is a great convenience product to have on hand, and I very much recommend it, even just for biscuits (they turn out great!).

This is the only way to buy these packets. This is so much tastier then the regular biscuit mix.

Easy to make and tasted delicious

A simple to make biscuit (scones to me) pre-mix. I used Airfryer insteand of Oven for ease and no need to clean up. The scones turned out nice, soft and taste right. Yummy to add butter and jam. Keep in fridge and re-heat by 30 seconds microwave, perfect.

I have used it for years but I could not get it in Australia anymore so I am pleased to have Amazon It makes baking so many things quick and easy
