Happy with Arkray
Product is excellent. I have been using their earlier model for last 15 odd years. New one too is excellent. However unhappy new testing strips can't fit in to the old machine. It works only with new model.

Unreliable product
The strips are not individually packed as famously claimed. After inboxing I made three attempts to take blood sugar. Every time the strip failed to draw blood. Showed error of E-13. No proper You-tube instruction to guide. Though the product is not returnable, I could manage to claim a paltry Rs429/- for damaged product against around Rs1500/- paid. So beware, not a reliable or quality product apparently. Thoroughly disappointed and giving rating of one.

Easy to read results. And accurate and we can use it anytime anywhere. Must recommend. Performance is overall good, we save money on day to day testing
