Why was I sent a defective item and received no responce
The item received was received without a lid to seal after braking the aluminum seal. I sent a refund request but never received response, so I threw it away.

Continual dented cans delivered
Let me first say, this is GREAT TASTING coffee. I was brewing Folgers Black Silk, but what a hassle. I have a 15oz size mug and stir in 1 heaping spoonful. My beef is the cans always arrive dented. So far, none have been spilling coffee, but I fear that will be a reality one of these days.

This is my go to for coffee and frappe. It's great and this price was perfect. Too bad they ran out. Hope they get more and I will be a regular customer. My husband likes their new Hazelnut. I hope they make that available to order as well.
