These shoes are so comfortable! I wore them to an anime convention all day, and they were amazing! Now I have them for casual wear. Definitely want more pairs! 10/10

Discomfort around my ankles and runs small
EDIT: My initial rating was 3/5 stars. I have updated my rating to 5 stars for their excellent customer service. They offered to refund/replace the shoes, and took note of my suggestions to improve the quality. — I am usually a size 5 and a half, I bought size 6 and it is still tight on my heels. There is padding at the heels and the insole is soft and comfortable. These shoes are lightweight, but that is because the sole is soft and slippery, similar to the material of Crocs as others stated. The belt buckle is fragile and seems like it may break easily. The toe box is fine for me, but it feels tighter around my heels, with the outer edges of the straps digging into my ankles when I take a step. I have not worn them outside yet but I will update my review if needed in the future. For now, one star deducted for the discomfort at the ankles, one deducted for the sole.

I got these in a size 9.5 and they fit perfectly, these shoes are very true to size! They're super comfortable, easy to walk in, and look adorable. I've been really happy with them so far, and they match a lot of my outfits. Definitely a great purchase! ;3 💕 and I even got these super cute socks to go with them!!! The quality is perfect too by the way!!!!! AND— they have padded ankles you have no chance of blistering!!
