Works if you connect it correctly!
I was about to return this when I discovered the same relay in another Amazon listing with a review that is very detailed on how to wire this up. The TL;DR version is this: standard pinouts for Bosch relays have +/- trigger lines on pins 86/87. This relay has pins labeled 15/31 and the positions of these are REVERSED in the standard Bosch socket. Once I had it connected properly it worked perfectly.

This is a TIME DELAY relay!
The relay is easy to set and appears to be good quality. It does function as intended. However, the listing doesn't specify that this is a TIME DELAY relay, as apposed to a relay which only allows a circuit to be closed for a certain length of time, which is what I was looking for. If you need a TIME DELAY relay, this is a good buy.

Didn't work
Took a chance when i read reviews stating the relay doesn't work. I wired it and the relay never changes state. Wired it according to spec sheet and still didn't work. Currently doing an exchange and will update if the replacement does the same thing.

This it the second one i bought they just don't work here is the diagram on line if this is wrong then maybe the seller should include the wight one.

Does not delay
I am an automotive electrician by trade, this relay does not delay no matter what setting is selected it just turns on as soon as the field is energized.

La « bobine « semble heureusement supporter l’inversion de pôle
Je ne suis pas étonné que des acheteurs se trompent lors de l’achat ou considèrent que le relais ne fonctionne pas . Les informations avant achat ne sont pas claires et aucune notice ne figure dans la boîte. Dommage d’avoir à se poser des questions pour ce produit qui a l’air de bonne facture si on a bien besoin d’un contact retardé et que l’on polarise bien les deux pôles de commande .Aucun repérage des fiches sur le boîtier 😗😡

Habe das Relais gekauft, um meinen DC-DC Ladebooster für meine 2. Batterie erst nach einiger Zeit nach Starten des Motors zuzuschalten. Dafür eigent sich das Relais gut.
