As far as I can tell, this is a high-quality product and one of the better deals out there. It doesn't taste great if you only mix it with 8 ounces of water, but if you mix it with 16 or more then you'll barely notice it. Same if you add it in with a protein drink- you won't notice the taste.Your results may vary. I've been using it for 2.5 months now. I didn't do a loading dose, just went with one scoop per day. In the first week or so I felt like it was giving me dry mouth, but that sensation went away over time. I've gained a little bit of weight (~3 pounds) and have set a few PRs in the time since I've started taking this. Now, was that placebo, a general result of working out that I would have experienced normally, or was creatine helping me? It's difficult to say. It certainly wasn't a night and day difference, but I do think that it helped a little.Either way, the research is solid on creatine and I'm going to keep taking it. I'm not athletic. I purchased this after watching the YouTube video "10 Things Nobody Tells You About Creatine" by @GravityTransformation. There are several other videos that describe benefits of taking Creatine for non-athletes. I chose this brand because reviews of other brands complained of their change in color, taste, and appearance from when they started buying the product. I took that as likely being because cheaper ingredients were being substituted.I saw improvement the next day with my blood pressure reading over the previous first month taking prescription medicine alone. Improvement has continued for two month since I started taking this supplement. It has no taste and dissolves easily in warm water. Just need to wait a minute while stirring a few times for it to completely dissolve, then it won't be gritty.Update: Response to negative reviews. I have been using this product since March 2023 and reordered several times. What I received each time was pure white and did not clump. I pull back the seal half way when I first open the container then flatten the seal after I remove the product then tighten the cap.

As others have mentioned it does clump a bit but keeping it in a dry and cool place with extra desiccant packs will help. Not a big deal regardless. Repurchased my second tub already.

Comes as a very fine powder, but quickly clumps up within days. Becomes hard to scoop and dissolve. If not dissolved well, it will leave a strong and slightly pungent taste.
