I have kinda oily hair but i have alot of little hairs and frizz on the top of my head will this product help?

If you don't use too much and you start using this regularly you'll notice that your hair is actually less oily. Sometimes we get oily hair and skin because we don't put enough moisturizers on and our bodies over compensate.
