no instructions
tried to use the grinder with fresh beef , blood leaked out handle end and was difficult to feed the meat , no ideas which way round the 'blade' is fitted no instructions clammping not strong enough it 'slips' not happy with it

No use at all.
When it arrived - it looks like a return item from a previous buyer.No instructions - and the pieces do not fit together.The screw that fits the mincer to a surface will not move - it seems to have the screws crossed.Unable to use - but I can't be bothered to send it back due to the weight.
