How long does the average bottle last?

I am going on my fourth month of using it once a day. And still have more than half of the bottle remaining.

Will this shrink my pores?

Pores don't shrink or disappear. They look large because they're being stretched from the gunk inside. Getting rid of this gunk will reduce the pores slightly, but not completely.
