Can I detatch a single cube? For example if i need meds at lunch and im out do i need to take the whole strip or just for that time?

No, single cubes cannot be detached

Would it hold 7 tablets a day.

I suppose it depends on the size of the tablets but I have 7 a day in mine and could easily fit at least another 3. I have 4 the size of paracetamol tablets (oblong shape) plus various other shaped ones so I think you’d find it will fit what you need.
