Good product and easy to install. I didn’t try the Bluetooth as the remote control works perfectly. The colors are bright colors not warms white.

My requirement was to have a very flexible strip that can be affixed easily, as I was planning to install it in an awkward location. I was very happy with this as the LED strip itself is very thin, thus allowing it to be bent quite easily. Moreover, the glue on the backsie is very string, hence didnt face any issue of the strip slipping or falling off. The added functionality of controlling via the BT app is very convinient as well. The brightness of the LEDs and the overall colour gamut could have been a bit better but would work well for most purposes. DWould deinitely recommend the product for basic use cases.

UPDATE: The customer service reply to my email and tried to send me a replacement strip to replace my failed LED section but unfortunaly they can't ship to Puerto Rico (PR). They provided a partial refund for my to acquire a LED string to replace it. That's it is a great service! If you have any issues, please make sure that you are writing the email correctly as it ends in .cn which was weird. I was under the assumption that it was a typo, but it is not. I have updated my Pros and Cons below to reflect the update. I used the partial refund to acquired a new 3rd LED package due to the service provided. Thank you! Cons: 1. Dead led after 3 month use. 2. Flimsy remote control. 3. LED can't be extended (as per MFG recommendation). 4. Do not provide the hardware (LED connectors) to install it properly (additional purchase), but none include them as part of the package. 5. Difficult to peal out from the installation plastic. 6. After a power failure, it turns on and in flashing mode. If you have a power failure while sleeping, you will get a surprise! Pros: 1. Great illumination. 2. GOOGLE integration! It's the sole reason I choose these vs the others. It can be controlled via phone and tablets. 3. If installed as per direction, it will stick very good to painted surfaces. I used alcohol to wipe the area prior installation. 4. Standard wide, which allows you to use standard connectors and splitters. 5. 65ft it's good enought for a 10ftx11ft room. 6. The customer service is great! They reply to the email within days and keep in contact until a resolution is reached. Make sure to use the email: support @ cozylady.cn <--- YES, it's .cn do not put .com as it will not work.

Pros: -Remote control (I especially like that it has music sync buttons, unlike the ones I got from a few different brands) -Length (long enough to go around my living room with only one power supply) -Colors and brightness (many to choose from, about the same as other brands) -App control and Google Assistant comparability (I love that they use Smart Life app, as I have a bunch of smart light switches through out the house that use this app, one less app to invade my phone) -Price (My requirements are longest possible with 1 power supply, music sync, Google Assistant compatible; and these are the cheapest) -Customer service (Amazon sent me the wrong lights, I contacted PierShine and they were quick to respond, although it took them a while to send the replacement. Regardless, they will make it right to you if there's any problem.) Cons: -Adhesive (At first I thought it didn't have any. I tried to peel off the back, and I had to use a little force for that, it didn't feel sticking at all. The strip that I peeled off felt even more adhesive than on the light strip, and that it wasn't wax paper like the other brands, so I wasn't sure if it was supposed to peel off. Because of this weak adhesive, it took longer for us to install than other brands. We had to apply extra double sided tapes every 10 inches or so. The double sided tape came with the light strips, but it was nowhere nearly enough, but you can contact the seller and request more. Anyway, because of this, I deducted 1 star) Neutral: -The power supply output is 12V, 3.5A. This seems low for 65ft of strip. But there hasn't been any problems yet, so we will see.

Lights are bright. I have a 17' X 16' cove around my master bedroom. These lights fit almost perfectly around. Beautiful selection of colors. You will need the Smart Life app to connect. Alexa can control these but after a random period of time they loose connectivity. The only way to reestablish a connection is to cycle power. They do always turn back on the same color they were turned off. They can not be programmed to turn on in a specific color. They honestly are not able to be programmed to turn on because they loose connectivity. UPDATE The seller read my review and offered a full refund for this item. I still have not been able to make the lights stay connected to the wifi but this seller was very gracious in refunding the purchase price. Its still a great light output and the handheld remote control works well.

I'm not even sure where to start, but here goes! Before we stuck with these lights, we returned 3 other sets. They had issues ranging from NO WHERE near bright, not being the advertised length, no remote included like advertised and being told we could just use our phones by the sellers, to just not even turning on out of box, and so much more. I don't really have any cons, but here are the pros! -Bright, GENUINELY. We were able to use these to replace our overhead light! -Simple, they're literally plug and GO with a good range of colors on the remote. ((something we didn't get with other lights!)) -Length's are as advertised so be sure of what size you get, and MEASURE IF YOU NEED! We couldn't figure out the app or it's set up after multiple hours and attempts, it's actually UNNECESSARILY messy & complicated, so there's just no music based lights for us. Obviously though after almost 2 years it hasn't mattered at all, so it doesn't effect this review. We also cannot speak on any adhesive/adhesions, as ours didn't come with any but instead are just held at the top of the walls with push pins. These are lined along the outer edges, NOT THROUGH THE LIGHT STRIPS. So they're holding the strip up and in place against the wall, since this worked the best for us we just left it and now it's something we don't even notice. We've also had friends buy this exact set under our recommendation with no issues, and everyone's loved them as much as we have. I'd 110% rebuy them today if our set went out, and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks. If you're on the fence and trying to find some QUALITY led's, stop looking and do yourself the favor!

I bought this product because it works with the app that I use to control all of my smart lighting (I don't use Alexa etc.) I use the smart life app. I did down load the cozy lady app but it looked to me to be the smart life app with a different name. There are lots of colors and the lights are bright. The app is very easy to use and provides more functionality than the remote. Not sure about the range of the app. I wouldn't recommend this product for several reasons. I asked a question and never got a response from cozy lady support. Also, cozyladyled.com is not available. As far as I could tell, the strip is supposed to be 10mm wide but the product I received is only 8mm wide. I did get it to work with 10mm connectors but it wasn't easy. Finally, and this could be a problem with all led light strips, the points where you cut the strip are spaced to far apart. For my application, the strip would have been either too long or too short but not just right. On the groove led light strip i found a recommended way to get around this which workrd well. So my recommendation is try another brand. Update: Have been having trouble with this product dropping the internet t connection although it reconnects immediately if I do a power off/on reset. I was also recently offered a refund from cozy lady.
