Good grip
The bands are not slippery as promised. I'm glad i need not go to gym to use machines anymore.

Worth buying
Amazing quality at this price range… The resistance bands are strong, stretch well, and are great for glute and lower body workouts… I also liked that it comes with a storage pouch, which is very useful for keeping everything organized… Totally worth the money…

Good but could be better
Quality is good Stretch ability is guess work because the bands are not marked for intensity ! One is unable to identify the grading. Colors are bright and nice. Good material and easy to use Two stars only because these are not labeled !

Very poor product. The band is completely loose and does not appear to be new. It does not help in any exercises. Not helpful at all. Please don't buy it.

The polyster bands are very thin but does have levels of tension, and the clothes one they are alright, these have three different lengths based on their resistance

So much better than other bands
Resistance bands were the bain for my existence when I was going through physical therapy, always digging in to my skin. These make my exercises so much better. The thick bands lay comfortably and dont slip up or down.

Meh.... it is what it is. I expected more.
It's not the greatest resistant bands I have used, I expected more from the fabric ones. However, it is still useful in certain exercises.

The best
The best glute resistance bands I’ve ever tried! I’m absolutely in love with these resistance bands — they’re perfect for glute and leg workouts. The quality is excellent; they’re super durable and don’t roll up or slip during exercises. Plus, they come in different resistance levels, so I can gradually increase the intensity of my workouts. Since I started using them, I’ve noticed my glutes feel firmer and more toned. They’re ideal for working out at home or taking them to the gym. Totally recommended if you want real, effective results!
