2 HP ChillKing Chiller

We had to get a replacement fan for it not long after it was put into use. It was covered under the warranty. Other than that, it seems to be doing alright.

I absolutely regret purchasing anything from this company. The fan on my unit broke after a few months of use; I came home to hear a horrible grinding sound and notice the fan had essentially exploded inside the unit. I called the company and they said this was fairly common with the plastic fans. They sent me a new one which was soon eaten by the unit again. Then, I had to pay for the second replacement.After about another year of use, the product failed completely. I called the company and they said I'd have to send it back for them to look at. Because that's practical... Anyway, I called an HVAC guy to look at it and he recharged the unit. It worked for about 2 weeks after that. Which brings us to the time of this writing.I called the company again. They said that the small units didn't have the warrenty that they claim in the user guide (5 year). Further, he said that they don't even have parts for this and to contact another company. He also said that this type of failure was not very common, which even further made me angry that it wouldn't be a warrenty issue.Bottom line, this company does not stand by its products and there is absolutely no support without sending the unit back... BEWARE!
