Inexpensive, easy to pack for travel, work great.

Very good quality for the price

The bands are better than I expected! They feel a bit flimsy maybe, but they hold up without issue (so far). The bag on the other hand, started falling appart at the seams. But that's easily replaceable. It also included a guide with different exercises you can do with the bands, which is pretty good if you have no idea where to begin.

Texture is stretchy silicone like to the touch. Band have held up well so far. Very easy to use and I like the range of sizes they come with. Can be used for various workouts but stay away from sharpe objects

Bought for help with surgery recovery, and found these were great for the price. The set moves you up from very easy to very hard in reasonable increments. Comes with a storage bag. Very happy with the purchase.

Amazon recommended these as an alternative because the ones I ordered previously weren't available. One of the previous bands I used the most broke. These new bands have a completely different resistance. The heaviest resistance comparatively is in the middle of my old bands. The lightest of these is just too light. I could imagine some can't get the heaviest resistance they need from the heaviest. It's unfortunate there is no general standard. You don't know what you're going to get.

They are as advertised. They are very thin and stick together a bit, because of this. But, for the price, they are fine.

They do the job. Not intended to last forever, but they're fine for what I need. I'd recommend them if you're doing PT, as I am
