Great product

This product is sold as BFR bands for upper legs and calves. It is too large for my upper leg let alone my calves. A great idea but there is no adjustment to cater for an average size male. Useless! Very disappointing. The seller was very helpful and has offered a refund.

Bands seem sturdy with a good amount of stretch. The fastening mechanism (velcro) also seems high-quality. Perfect for my needs.

I bought these as a first try at BFR. My view is that these are way too broad, you can't really have them around the arms, because of this. more narrow bands would work much better for the arms. Also, i'm no fat guy, so my legs aren't that thick, got some muscle but not a lot. Putting these on the legs require almost no pressure addition at all. On top of this i bought the ones with only welcro and they are almost impossible to use on your own, you have to have a buddy nearby to fasten them. So yeah, not really satisfied, wish I didin't forget to return them..

Very high quality. I have been using them on a regular basis and they are very durable.
