No. This is a replacement for the Cold Steel "Ready Edge", which is no longer made. Very similar knife, different sheath.

does the sheath have a lock? There is an older version of this knife that does.

It does click and lock in the sheath if that's what you mean

Can anyone recommend a diamond file that will properly fit the serrations on this small knife?

Get a triangular ceramic stone, such as from Spyderco,and this will work nicely.
