Bloccs 100% Waterproof Arm Cast Cover - #CA79-S Child S

Fantastic product. My son was in the pool all holiday and at the waterpark and it did the job perfectly and kept his cast dry. Saved our holiday! Would highly recommend.

Daughter (4 years 11 months) broke her arm a week before a UK summer holiday. Reviews were mixed but I thought it was worth a try in order to enjoy swimming pools and beach days. So so glad I did. Really easy to put on. You just fold it back on itself half way. Stretch it open, Ram her arm in and then fold it back. She had it on and off 3 times a day for 1 hour durations in a UK heatwave and no issues at all. No rubbing or moisture no leaking and no discomfort. We did an hour in the sea and playing in sand. Took it off for snacks and ice cream for 40 minutes. Back on again for another hour. We then went back to the caravan park and back on again for swimming in the pool. She was diving under water going on the lazy river (I did put arm bands on due to the weight of the cast). No signs of wear or tear. You take it off like a super tight sock, took about 30 seconds to put on. Size wise I was unsure about small or medium. I went with small which was perfect. Daughter is still just in 4-5 clothes and very average in size for her age but there was still room in the cast cover for another 6 months of growth I think. If you are thinking of buying it just do it and enjoy your holiday!!! Hope this helps. I would recommend to everyone!

I found this product to be superb. My son (3) fractured his elbow 5 days before our summer holiday and had a full arm cast put on which he had to keep dry. This product kept his cast completely dry and meant he could fully enjoy the pool and other water based activities. He was able to jump in the pool and use the resort slides and it still worked perfectly. Initially he found it tight but after stretching and use he had no complaints when wearing it. He was able to fully enjoy his holiday and was not held back due to this fantastic cover.

Our 4 year old broke his arm the week before we came to Tenerife.. I was dreading the idea of coming and potentially having to keep him away from the pools.. I came on Amazon to look at the waterproof cast covers and I was also recommended the Limbo one that the NHS recommend. I decided to get one of each to be on the safe side so we had 2.. the Limbo one I wouldn’t have trusted in the pools and down the slides as it seemed loose/easy to pull down (however it was okay for a shower) but the Bloccs one was amazing! It’s similar material to a balloon, it’s thick material and tight and did not let a drop of water in. My son has been jumping in the pool, going down slides etc it’s been perfect and allowed us to enjoy the holiday without worry.One thing I would recommend is to keep taking it off every now and then (we put our son on a timer, pool for 1h then “rest arm for 30 min-1h” because it can sweat and leave a little bit of condensation inside).. it’s also a bit tricky to get on the first few times but you get used to it… but in the whole it’s been fab. Highly recommended Bloccs!

Best thing I have ever bought! My 5 year old broke her arm beginning of the holidays she has spent the full weekend in the lake that’s to this. Followed the guideline so she was in and out but still this made it possible. Just make sure you measure the tip of the arm. It’s too long so I just used a bobble around her wrist over the cast to keep it up.

Much harder to put on than the comparable LimbO, and the opaque nature of the latex means you can't see inside (to see if there's moisture inside, etc). The design of the Bloccs cover feels much less well-engineered and thought-out than their competitor's product, but in terms of what it does, this would serve the purpose it's sold for. Would only recommend if you couldn't get the other, better product -- we'll be taking it on holiday with us, but only as a backup.

Wir sind begeistert, eine Woche vor unserem Städtekurztrip nach Berlin, in dem unter anderem ein Tag im Tropical Island geplant war, brach sich unser Sohn das Handgelenk. Er bekam somit einen Gips und damit drohte uns eine Umplanung. Nachdem ich mich bei einem örtlichen Sanitätshaus erkundigt hatte, und dieses zur Methode "Plastiktüte mit Klebeband" riet, suchte ich im Netz nach Alternativen und fand diesen Schutz.Minus:- Gibts nichtsNeutral:- Die Tragezeit ist natürlich durch die absolute Dichtheit begrenzt, da man in dem Schutz zu schwitzen beginnt und der Abschluss ziemlich eng anliegt, aber nichts abdrückt (zumindest bei meinem Sohn fehlte nichts). Aber eine gute Stunde Wasser, danach wieder eine halbe Stunde draussen und anschließend wieder rein in's kühle Nass ist eine super Lösung.Plus:- Der Schutz ist einfach anzubringen- absolut Dicht- leicht wieder abzunehmen- trocknet schnell- sehr stabil- Ein echter Urlaubsretter.Fazit: Ich werde, sofern ich so etwas wieder benötigte, wieder kaufen.

Echt een super zak onze dochter heeft nu 2 weken lang elke dag ermee volop gezwommen in de zee en zwembad en is geen druppel water in gekomen! Ik raad dit iedereen aan..

Needed muscles to get it on, but it actually worked

What an absolute life saver for our 5 year old who broke both bones in his lower arm on the very first day of summer vacation. He has a wire in his arm so still not in a hard cast yet and over the elbow cast and it fits over that well. It’s been the best purchase I may have ever made on Amazon and works amazing, always dry even for an active 5 year old. I’d give it 10 stars out of 5 if I could. What a blessing for any mom with a kiddo who broke their arm. It saved our summer.
