Auto Idle Stop Start Eliminator/Disabler/Disable/Delete/Canceller, Compatible with Toyota Tundra 2022-2026 and GR Corolla IMT 2023-2025

I purchased the product specific for my 2026 Tundra, (Gas Only), and it works perfectly. I've had it installed for a day, so hopefully I will not need to update this review with some negative comments in a few months. Whenever I start the truck, the Stop/Start Eliminator is disabled. And of course I can press the dash button to enable it again. Pros: 1. It works as expected. 2. Simple/Easy to Install. It took me about 5 minutes to install, and I took my time since I knew the wiring harness was going to be tight on my vehicle. 3. It "Always" disables the Stop/Start system upon powering on the truck. 4. You can enable the Stop/Start system by pressing your dash Stop/Start button. 5. Cost is very reasonable, provided it lasts a few years (I'm hoping for the life of the truck). There are other products out there that cost 6X this, and unless this thing fails within a few years, it is very worth the price. Note: The product does not remember the last condition of the switch. It will always disable the Stop/Start system. To me this is not a Con. While it is a very easy installation, my specific truck and some tight wiring and I knew about that in advance. I popped the switch panel off, it came out a few inches, and I could disconnect the appropriate switch and install the device, then snap the switch panel back in place. Who is this for? Anyone who is not in Stop & Go traffic. Anyone who really hates when you pull into the driveway and you place the truck in Park, it turns off the engine and then starts it back up, ARG! then you want this. If you do enter Stop & Go traffic periodically, you could press your dash button and turn your automatic Stop/Start back on. Since I do not sit at a light longer than maybe 45 seconds, I'd rather preserve the life of my starter and battery and leave it off. My advice: Read up on how to install the device into your vehicle before purchasing. For my Tundra, it was very easy.

Work great-easy install-comes with pry tool. Start stop does not do turbo charged cars or trucks any favors. The turbo bearings are cooled by pressurized engine oil. Engine off no oil going to the turbo bearings. My opinion start stop is hard on the turbocharger -starter-battery-transmission.

Worked for 2 days (about 5 start ups) and then stopped working.

This thing works great, took 2 minutes to install and has only not worked twice in the last 4 months

Works great in my 2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum. Very easy install, took about 3 minutes. It’s been installed for almost 2 weeks with no issues.

Easiest install I've ever done--took no more than three minutes. Worked well immediately, but after having had it a month or so I've noticed it occasionally doesn't work at all. The condition doesn't last very long, and in no time it's back in action. Hence the four stars.

Not the best instructions, but I found a video online and it was easy enough to figure out. Works as expected. As some others have noted it does not work when you turn the engine off and immediately back on again. Only time I've noticed this is when using remote start. Just push the button, easy enough.

So far it works perfectly. I have had it installed on my truck since it was new (roughly 6 months at the time of this review)
