I have purchased a total of 4 of these for certificates that have been issued to me. In my first two pack, one frame included the hanging piece, the other did not. When I ordered the second 2 pack, they both have "hangers" but are a different type than the first set. The wood is definitely super cheap along with the finish. The "glass" insert is actually paper thin plastic. If you're looking for a quality frame, definitely keep scrolling past this option.

Can't go wrong for this price. Quality better than expected. Does the job perfectly.

This is an okay cheap frame. The “glass” is just a very thin plastic and the matting is also cheap looking. The hardware to hold on the back Was not installed properly and split the frame slightly. The frame serves it purpose just keep in mind it is nothing extravagant.

Plastic frame, inner cut out was a quarter inch smaller than 8.5 x 11 in both dimensions
