Best watch I ever use, 100% general quality, battery backup is too good, it have more features in the price segment. Brightness is enough for daily activities, step counter works exact , it's accuracy is superb, it have bluetooth connect so fast with the mobile, without opening my mobile I can see the notification of Instagram on it, because it's notifications are clear

Worst product and worst customer service
Worst product and worst service experience. I received a defective item, and even the contact number provided for the Fire-Boltt company was incorrect. The only option left was to contact the company through email. Whenever I mailed Fire-Boltt, they kept asking the same questions repeatedly. After completing all the formalities, they scheduled a pickup, but no one ever came. No call, no message, nothing. Again, I mailed them regarding the missed pickup, and they gave the same response. Another pickup was scheduled, but once again nobody came. It has now been one month since I placed the order. I also explained the entire issue to Amazon customer support for almost one hour. They arranged a pickup, but even that pickup never happened. Then I contacted them again, explained everything once more, and they rescheduled the pickup for today. Still, no one came for pickup. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I request an immediate resolution, either a proper pickup with replacement/refund or a complete refund without further delay.
