Has anyone tried this on marble that has gone brown?

Only Indian paving where it worked well. I hate these problems! I’m not 100% sure what my fireplace is made of Marble, granite onyx.... how do you know.

Will this work on Quartz without damaging the surface?

yes doesn't damage any surface whatsoever. i tried on marble and it worked fine.

Would this work on a toilet bowl

I’m not sure it worked excellent on the ceramic slabs tho worth a try

How much area does one bottle cover?

Very difficult to answer that question as obviously it would depend on the level of rust to be removed. However, it only took a small amount to remove around 3 to 5 inches of rust (about 1/2 inch wide) for my problem. It would cover a reasonable sized area.
